job.getName issue
I'm trying to get started on converting my old legacy scripts to Node.js. I have watch the Enfocus tutorials on Switch Scripting with Node.js Beginner and Advanced and I've also done some training at Codecademy. That being said I'm still mostly clueless on how to do this, so it's a trial and error p...

Expired jobs
If I send a link to a customer for approval and the job link expires before the customer approves the job any new files sent with the same ordernumber (used for the job collection name) will result in an expired link. I have to change the ordernumber, for instance by adding a letter at the end, in o...

Re: Add bleed problem
Hi Lasse, I see that above those lines, you have a "Select objects close to the page edge". That selects…objects, not pages. And Changing trim/bleed or add trim marks, need a page selection (or pages being part of the selection like in Select All). If you add either… - Select All or Selec...

Add bleed problem
I'm trying to create an action list that will add 100 mm of bleed at the foot of the page. The action works almost as intended, the problem is that the three highlighted rows are not executed for some reason. https://i.ibb.co/BVb8nXDN/Ska-rmavbild-2025-04-17-kl-14-47-15.png Any ideas as to why the t...

Re: Changing the look of the email sent from Review
Revisiting this old thread as it seems I managed to mess something up three months ago... For some reason I can't get the link included in the e-mail any more... When I was working on this in October I managed to get the URL to the proof written as text and a clickable button to the URL to wor...

Change blending color space
We have received a pdf fil from a custom for a black and white job. However when we send it to our Indigo presses some pages become four color and some become black and white. We have converted the entire document to grayscale, but still there are a couple of Warning icons that are converted to CMYK...

Re: Changing the look of the email sent from Review
Thank you very much for the information. I will have a look at it and see if I can somehow get something to work. I'm not fluent with HTML in anyway, but I have some experience with copy/paste/modify/try again...   Update: After a blond hour or two where the elevator struggled to rea...

Changing the look of the email sent from Review
We have used the Enfocus PDF Review Module for quite some time, but are now in the process of moving over to the Enfocus Review app. For the Enfocus PDF Review Module I managed to change the look of the e-mail that is sent to the customer for approval to be a simple mail with custom text and the lin...

Re: Using xlsx or csv file to pick up files
HI LasseThid Did this do the job? I'm looking for something similar Thanks Mark Sorry for the late reply. I don't work as much with Switch any more since most of the flows we need are done and working as they are supposed to (as long as the operators doesn't get creative and change the way they are...

Thanks Jan.
It sounds contradictory, but I'll give it a shot.

Archive hierarchy issue
I have a flow that archives zip files based on their file names. Basically I have an input folder where the zip-files are placed when jobs are exported from our prepress workflow system. I then have a Set hierarchy path that use that file name to create the path segments before I use Archive hierarc...
