To get status updates about processed files, I need to send an .xml or .csv file to a shared folder. This files will be picked up and processed. I managed to send an e-mail with the information, but it isn't good enough. Can anybody guide me in the right direction. Mail says: The order SAMPLE is is ...

If I use the files directly they go trough without any problem. When I stop the flow and activate it again, the configurator works as it should be.

Could an other workflow causes the configurator to stop indesign?

It is really getting bad.

Files are comming in in a folder and after 1 day, the file may be removed/deleted from that folder without effecting other files.

How do i set-up the condition to remove a a file after a day?

I'm trying to get the "hold job" element to do the following. On a inputfolder there are en undefined number of files (all pdf) each 15 minutes, 1 pdf file need to be released to the next folder which will pick-up the file and start a workflow. No more then 1 fles each 15 minutes can pass....

I have a .csv file which need to be renamed by using a parameter in that .CSV.
I would need a script expression to do this.

It should be like:

if tag <MyParam> contains yes
then add prefix Y
else add prefix N

Can anyone translate it into a propre javascript expression?

I need to gather 100 pdf files in a folder before sending them trough a workflow.
The "Hold Job" element seems to me a good idea, but then I need a java script expression.
Anyone who has done this?
