I can not find where to setup measurement units to millimiters in Regular report PageBoxes chapter. They are shown only in pt, global settings in PitStop Server application do not help and there are no such options in regular report template.

In docs there is noted that PDF report may be regular or annotated but I can not understand how to make report annotated by command line. Please help.
