Re: Problem removing Connect ALL icon

When you start the Connector, then you have the option to "Reset Connector" in the Processing menu. Did you try that already? If all else fails, then you can try to manually remove all Connector files: http://www.enfocus.com/manuals/UserGuide/Connect_deployment/17/en-us/common/enco/task/ta...

Re: Usage of encodeURI

I did a test where I write theParamEncoded to a file and then the file contains "this%20is%20a%20test". So I think you're right, it is because of the special meaning of %2 in log messages. If there would be other people not knowing what we are talking about, I found the explanation in docu...

Re: Assemble Job variable number of files

That might help, but I assume that the bigger problem is that the number of files at the start of the flow changes thru the flow. But I'm not really sure how a counter would help? When would the counter know it has to start counting and it's information can be given to Assemble Job? When the first p...

Re: Assemble Job variable number of files

Some more ideas on how you can try to get the picked up amount of files: 1 Xpath Expression The XML file contains all the information about all the jobs you will pickup. I assume you use this XML file as an XML dataset? If so, then you should be able to build a Switch variable which uses an XPath ex...

Re: Switch 13u1 mail settings in Preferences

You mention you are reverting to Switch 13. Was the Switch 17 you are reverting from located on the same system? If not, then it might be because there is a rule in Exchange to only allow certain IP addresses to send mails. Adding the IP address of the Switch server fixes that. I had a similar situa...

Re: SQL to CSV

It's not possible to disable it to my knowledge. I also don't know an easy way to remove them. Scripting will work of course. On mac you could build something using one of the tools mentioned on the following page and execute command: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24542425/bash-how-to-remove-f...

Re: SQL to CSV

Do you want to write from your database to a CSV or from a CSV to your database? If you want to write from your database to a CSV, then you can use the "Database Connect" element. If you use an SQL statement which will return multiple rows and set the log type to CSV, then you will get a m...

Re: Pitstop 13 Edit /Impose/Jobmaster/Acrobat DC

If found that all installers for Acrobat plugins usually do is put stuff in here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\ I've played around with the things in there before and I expect it will work if you backup the Enfocus folder there and put it back afterwards. (I've never work...

Re: SQL to CSV

Do you have the database module in Switch? If so, then you can create a CSV file from an SQL query using the "Database connect" tool.

Re: Creation of a folder with the name of the input file

Do I understand correctly that you want to put each incoming file in a folder with the same name as the input file? If so, then you can use the "Assemble Job" tool to do this. You have to set it up like this:` Scheme: "Arbitrary Files" Every N Jobs: 1 Every N minutes: 0 After N m...

Re: Spot color All has different alternate color values

PitStop Pro seems to show alternate color values for spot colors based on cmyk, but not for spot colors based on gray. I think you better report this to Enfocus. Can you try this? - Open the PDF in Acrobat - Create a new Action List - Add the "Remap Spot Color" action - In the "Spot c...

Re: Spot color All has different alternate color values

When you open the PDF preflight report, then there should be a button with an "i" letter before each entry in the preflight report. Clicking this button should open a webpage with more information on the error. Does it give useful information? If you don't see the PDF report straight away ...

Re: Switch Client Completed Jobs

If you are using the old SwitchClient desktop application, then you can set "Information period" in the SwitchClient preferences to 0.

If you are using the new client in the webportal, then I think you'll have to setup a filter "Status" "Is not" "Completed".

Re: Calculation Precission mm rounded no decimals

You can also use the round function which is mentioned in the description on your screenshot. For example, you can just place the round around the complete expression, for example like this: [Switch.Calculation:Expression="round([Stats.MediaBoxHeight:Type="Defined"])"] Edit: That...
