Upgrading from 2017 to 2018

Need your help. Have just added my product key for Pitstop Pro 2018. When I relaunch the program it still shows 2017. I went back into the program and deactivated Pitstop Pro 2017. Closed program and relaunched. It still shows I am running Pitstop pro2017. Do I need to turn something on somewhere th...

Don't see an action list check resolution. Do I need to go to the Enfocus website to download? Currently using Pitstop Pro 2107

How do know which preflight profile to use? Commercial printer, digital presses, 300dpi normal resolution .
