Is there a "Request a feature" page for griffin?

I have a PDF file witch multible pages. When i import this into griffin it always puts the even pages on the back side. Is it possible to tell that everything need to be place on a single side (front) and nothing on the Back side

Would be nice if this is possible in Pitstop pro. We are also a large format printing service with the same problem.

Well guys i got in contact with a company here in Netherland and for 150 euro i got 2 actions for pitstop that makes a proof just like my example.

I hav the standaard 3 mm. But is ee whats happening. griffin looks when importing for the trimbox ore tru-cut line. I he finds that he will cut the page on that. But i like to have a option to loof for the mediabox. Bc we proces the files in pitstop and there is a tekst and bleed alraidy there. Now ...

I Made a file for dubble sided printing in pitstop. The pages have a media box(520x2200mm), trimbox (500x2000mm) and bleedbox (510x2100mm) When i import them into Griffin he cuts them ad the trimbox. How can i change that griffin imports the pages with bleedbox and mediabox? Bc its dubble sided prin...

I need to make a contact/proof sheet. i know this is possible within pitstop. Does anybody have a action flow is can use?

How can you put the wast divider lines in to tru-cut line? Now if you click this option the line are put in 100% black. I would like to have them in a spotcolor tru-cut.
