To give you some reassurance. I just did the upgrade now. I upgraded Griffin auto first. Then you have to select v4 for Griffin in your enfocus account. Switch will then refresh all your flows. I'm still on 2.2.

I wasn't sure how the switch app would affect my workflows. I didn't want to wipe out my settings by upgrading without any advice first.

Yes what would be good.

What version of griffin auto are you using?

I guess things happening. Whats more concerning is not being able to contact support and get an update on what the issue is. Especially when these tools are so critical within automated workflows.

Tried ringing the enfocus phone number on support. Apparrently they dont take calls unless you're under a maintenance contract.

We're you able to get an update?

On the desktop version there is a button to fit the layout which crops the file to the data in the file. Doesn't exist in Griffin Auto.

Hopefully the resolve it soon. We've been offline for the full day now.

Does moving to the cloud login prevent this from occuring or still causes the same issues?
