I was asked to use the Fix Missing fonts in the dropdown in Pitstop and run some pdfs through this action? But it is not showing up in the program for me?

I am new to pitstop, we have an urgent job to get out and when we run the list below in quickrun the white copy which is on a grey box messes up and you cannot read it well, not sure how to fix, can anyone help?
