converting custom spot colors vs transparency
Hello! I am Running PitStop Pro 2018. My need is to update pieces to custom spot colors to meet branding requirements. When I use the Rename Spot Color rule, I am able to change from the old naming convention to the new naming convention without an issue. When I use any other methodology – Remap Spo...

Re: PitStop disappearing from Acrobat DC
We have the same problem . . . last time (maybe 6 weeks ago or so), with Acrobat closed and a fresh reboot, I opened Distiller instead. After Distiller opened, I was able to open Acrobat with the expected PitStop plug-in, and I haven't had the problem since.

automated Table of Contents from Bookmarks
Good morning - is there a way to create an automated Table of Contents from PDF Bookmarks? Pit Stop Pro 2018 user, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. I've tried saving the PDF as a Word doc and using that feature, but the conversion might be part of the problem.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: conditional Action List course of action
yes please - Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Thank you for the extra effort: I'm working on getting our pre-flight process down to a one-click function (or as close to that as possible).

conditional Action List course of action
In PitStop Pro 18: I found I'm able to integrate a short Action List into a complex Action List with success . . . can I apply the conditional operators to them? For example, "if Spot Color 1 is found, run Action List 1; if Spot Color 1 is not found, run Action List 2."
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: conditional Spot Color search/replace
Works for me! Far simpler than I had imagined - thank you for investigating/sharing. Select spot color (specify) Select page if content is selected Remap spot color Select spot color (specify) Select page if content is selected NOT Remap spot color I'm keeping that template for other conditional edi...

conditional Spot Color search/replace
I haven't found a way to do this yet: I have documents using a custom spot color, and need to update it based on whether another custom spot color is found. Basically, if Custom Spot Color 1 is found, search for Custom Spot Color 2 and change to Custom Spot Color 3. If Custom Spot Color 1 is NOT fou...

Re: unable to Record steps for Action List
Thank you – I misunderstood the manual:
By Recording. This is a very intuitive way of creating an Action List. Just open a PDF
document, perform a number of tasks and record these tasks. As soon as you stop recording,
the Actions will be added to your Action List.

unable to Record steps for Action List
I'm new to trying to create Action Lists. I am unable to record steps for an Action List. What I want to do is possible in Adobe Acrobat Professional DC, but nothing seems to get the "record" function to work. Any thoughts?
