All fixed. Contrary to what I was told, IMAP wasn't enabled. Sorry for the trouble and thank you, very much, for the really helpful responses!

Thank you, again, @freddyp! Tried that and got virtually same message:

Mail receive component failed during operation perform: User is authenticated but not connected.
IT said IMAP, POP3 & OATH are enabled. Other possibilities?

Thank you! I had tried various combinations of those IMAP and POP3 settings, with no luck. Other suggestions? If it matters, this is a Windows 2019 Datacenter server running Switch Spring 2021.

Any idea why I keep getting, "Failed to connect to mail server outlook.office365.com; error message: x0001 BAD User is authenticated but not connected." SMTP works fine, but Mail Receive, with settings herein, won't connect or won't pull email.

Can't be done. Support says, "The Mail send element supports only the email address, this is not a bug and adding friendly name is not supported. ... We have logged this as a feature request."
