Freddy, I used that action but it doesn't work. I've got a feeling they are in a form which I believe are not editable.
UPDATE**
I've removed the ICC tags and now my Acrobat preflight no longer flags up the RGB! Strange, but problem solved.

Smooth Shade Axial
I have a pdf that I've converted to CMYK using pitstop. When I preflight it using Acrobats own preflight tool it tells me that some pages contain Smooth Shade, either Axial, Radial or Tensor-Product Patch Meshes that are ICC based RGB. Press the show button to find them, then select using Pitstop an...

Flatten using Acrobat
Has anyone else noticed that when you flatten a page using the flatten with Acrobat command it randomly duplicates the page for some reason, so you're left with the original and the flattened version. Re: Acrobat & Quite a Box of Tricks Color Settings on a PC
I guess the first thing you need to know is what profile Photoshop 5 is using. Then open up Colour management preferences in Acrobat and choose that profile. Then open up Enfocus colour management prefs and tell it to use Acrobat settings. You won't be able to use Microsoft ICM, I use Little CMS whi...

Re: Alpha fill less than 100%
Hi Yosimo, sorry for the late reply, I've been on annual leave. Happy to say that your action list works perfectly. I will incorporate it into my preflight and hopefully avoid this issue arising again. Many thanks!!

Re: Alpha fill less than 100%
Thanks for the info Freddy, unfortunately it fails to identify the offending box. Not sure what is going on but it isn't acting like a normal vector as it is invisible but when ripped appears as a grey box. For some reason I can't upload any pics here to show what is going on. Here are some links. h...

Alpha fill less than 100%
Hi, does anyone know of a way to check for fills of 0% of all 4 colours and an Alpha fill of less than 100%.
Thanks in advance

Re: Scaling with self-defined anchor
How does this work for you? Resize the art box to align with the left and right hand margins of your text. Then scale using the art box as your anchor.
