document jobs running through a flow
I'm looking for a simple solution to document the jobs running through a flow. In a simple text file or csv.file. I'm pretty sure there is a simple solution for this but unfortunately I didn't get a match with the search function...

Moving Job Folders to an Archive Server
Hi all, I want to build a flow which moves all customer data, which is older then lets say eight weeks, to an archive server. On the Switch Website theres an example of such a flow which seems to fit all our needs (see attachment). Unfortunately I'm not familiar with scripting, so I have the problem...

Sort files in Job after number
I have two files for each Job which should be merged to one PDF in a specific order. The files are named, 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, and so on. 1A has to be the first and 1B has to be the second. Seems simple but I nearly go crazy about this :? . I've tried different settings of "Sort file...

Re: Search Same File Name - reassemble Job
That's exactly what I do already and it works pretty good :) The variable for Job Identifier is Job Name --> Search: Analyse or Search:Beratung. What I wanted to know is, if it is possible not to Search for "Analyse" and "Beratung" but instead set up a variable which checks if th...

Search Same File Name - reassemble Job
Hi, I have a Job Folder with several files and want to reassemble them to new job folders. There should be a new job folder for all files that are named for example "...Beratung...pdf" and all files "...Analyse...pdf" and maybe there are some more keywords. This works pretty good...

Re: File Counter for Assemble Jobs
I've set it up as you explained, but it doesn't work. When two files run through the counter, then for the first file the private data after is 1 and for the second it is 2. So the assemble job element put the first file in one job Folder and with the second one nothing is going to happen because in...

Re: File Counter for Assemble Jobs
Hi Laurent, it's been a while but know i come back to this problem. I don't think that the Counter Numberer App solves my problem or maybe i didn't get it how to set up the app in the right way. Let's say I've three files, so the Counter App counts 1,2,3, so how could i then set up the assemble job ...

Hi, hopefully somebody can help me. I have a job folder with a number of files which have different requirements. The requirements differ concerning the ordered quantity and they differ concerning the printing method which could be sheetwise or one-sided. I've set up an impose flow for those files, ...

Re: Using the current PDF page in variables?
Thanks for that tip, was a little bit tricky but now it works. Theres just one more problem, I need the page number as a two digit number, so it shouldn't be 1 but 01 ans so on. Because I have to make a calculation (to get the sheet number and not only the page number) I don't know how to solve this...
