do you know where I can find an example?

Is there an app that will pick up a json file and pick up the images based off what's in the json file and create it. I can open the svg file in photoshop but it rasterizes it to the wrong size and the app in switch doesn't recognize the file type. I have very little experience with json and svg fil...

Since we've added the adobe apps into switch we have seen the Enfocus PitStop Server Logger that is 9-10 gigs in size. This has also coincided with switch crashing and us having to restart all the flows. Has anybody else seen this.

Issue found. I missed a 1 in the variable set. Something so small can cause such a problem.

Yes it's a flow in Switch. The problem I'm having is the document is larger than the XML is saying it's supposed to be. I should get an error out of the pitstop server element that than gets passed on by switch. The document is 8.5x11. I send XML with 8x11 and it doesn't work, but if I change it to ...

I have an action that is in pitstop server element that checks if a pdf is larger than what the xml says. My issue is I know the action is written correctly cause if I do it manually in acrobat and pitstop it works. I have a document that is 8.5x11 portrait and the xml for testing is 8.3 x 11 with ....

That seems to have worked. I got some other minor tweaks to do but at least it's moving through the flow. Thanks so much!

Nothing it just keep sitting at the Illustrator app and not moving. Task manager shows no usage on illustrator. So I really don't know what it's doing.

I actually got the preset to work by copying the high quality preset and then editing it. Now My issue is Illustrator. Every file or package I try to send to the Illustrator app fails.

I'm trying to set up the Indesign configurator in Switch but I keep getting error: user cancelled this action. If I use the preset High Quality Print it works but if I use my own or any other one it does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
