I will keep it in mind going forward, most things I have been able to cover in one flow so far but as we add more complication I can see it being a necessity.

I figured it out this morning, sort of. Ended up making a separate flow that has the singular purpose of making these empty folders using the Creat Job Folder app. So far seems to be working good.
