I assume that the cleanup for processed tickets is set for keep too long.
We also had this issue (like restarting took too long), see screenshot.
FYI: Cleaning these tickets are only for processed files, so logs are still available after 48h.

hello, is there a specific reason why you want a script to copy the files to a network drive?

I would advise to first try to connect using Cyberduck or FileZilla to the same site with same credentials both from the Switch-machine and also from other (laptop or desktop). Did you test from the Switch-installation?
