Hi All
Any recommendations to check for 100% Black overprinting images and colour backgrounds.

But not checking for text, only vector objects

Basically this folder structure gets dropped into switch, its the same structure every time.

All switch does is find and replace the 6 digit job number at the begining of the file name.

Was Wondering if Switch could delete the folders called supplied and despatch and leave the rest as is.

is there a way to Remove a named folder when this is processed through switch.
Example
3 subfolders
Folder 1 Removed
Folder 2 Not removed
Folder 3 Not removed

Is there a way to rename files that have random names
For example

Original files

Abcdef
Bcdefg
Cdefgh
Defghi
Jkopyth


Files then renamed by switch

Image 1
Image 2
Image 3
Image 4
Image 5

I always have the setting Fail Jobs with unavailable fonts on, but this seems to fail everything, even though the fonts are fine in the powerpoint file.
if I do the reverse and not fail the file due to fonts it will create a PDF correctly with all fonts embeded.

Any recommendations

Is there an Action/Variable that can check for part of a spot colour name.

For example a file contains a spot colour called “cutterguide”

Could you search for part of the name “cut” and replace it with another spot colour name.
