Thanks that works when its 1,2,3,4,5 etc. I couldnt get it to work when trying to add 001, 002, 003, 004 etc

I can add sequential numbers in 2 different ways in Pitstop. But cant work out how to add them to the odd pages only. Then on the odd pages they run in order.001 002 003 etc So Page 1 will be 001 Page 3 will be 002 Page 5 will be 003 Page 7 will be 004 All even pages will have no numbering

Is there a a way of numbering a PDF File in Pitstop, as the attached file or is this more of a Switch thing.
I have tried various ways, but cant get it like the PDF. I can also do this in Quite Imposing

The common reverse always has the word Back in the filename. It does not appear on the front files.

I have a regular job very week, where there are 9 files.
They are named

Common Back
Front 1
Front 2
Front 3
Front 4
Front 5
Front 6
Front 7
Front 8

Is there a way of combining each of the fronts with the common back file?

Is there an easy and safe way of reducing bleed on a page. For example the file has been supplied with 25 mm of bleed and needs to be reduced to 5mm

It will be a folder very time containing files that goes into a hot folder or a submit point. The folder has a Job Number on it, if possible teh Job Number from the file needs to be added to the begining of the file name.

Is there a way to adding the folder name as a prefix to a filename.
For Example

Folder is called 123456
File is called TestABC

When Processed the file is called 123456 TestABC
