I managed to solve this by grabbing a free trial of Pitstop Pro and editing the action list there. Not sure if there's a way to do it in Pitstop Server though.

I am trying to duplicate an action list to process a different set of files. The only thing I need to change is the stroke color that Pitstop targets for several adjustments. In my action list, I have several "Select Color" actions which are set to "Stroke" and "User Swatch....
