PitStop Pro alone cannot process a folder in batch. You would need PitStop Server for that.
However, you could only achieve the first part (placing image). Modifying permissions is not possible at the moment in PitStop.

In short:

• Extend trim temporarly to have bleedbox dimensions

• Clip bleed around contour using trim as contour/list]
  • Contract trim to its initial size
