Re: Barcode with inceasing number that applies to odd pages only
Hi, A possible option would be to create a dummy document (you could insert a 1 page blank PDF document). Then set page boxes and add pages in a way that you end up with the reference document page count /2. For ex: if the job pdf is 48pages, you create a 24 pages pdf. Then you add barcodes to this ...

Re: Action
Hello,
PitStop Pro alone cannot process a folder in batch. You would need PitStop Server for that.
However, you could only achieve the first part (placing image). Modifying permissions is not possible at the moment in PitStop.

Re: if page is orientation
Hey, While there are no IF/ELSE conditions as such, it's actually easy to get this kind of sorting if you consider Selections as being the conditioner of your operations. In other words: - Select by page orientation (portrait) - Do something - Select by page orientation (landscape) - Do something ht...

Re: Suggestions on automating preflighting customer supplied art files
Hi Anthony, Have you considered the PitStop Library Container? It's a great fit for Web to Print as you can have preflight in the Cloud. The idea is that you can preflight a file as soon as the customer is supplying it. You can then get a PDF or a JSON/XML report that you can parse and present to th...

Re: How to check for spot colors in PDF files?
Hi, Yes indeed the Preflight Profile is what you would want to use to detect Spots and convert them to CMYK if desired. If the question is: "I want to check if a specific spot is found", then you can use an action list like for x: - Select spot - Log selection (that spot is found or not) T...

Hi Egon,
Note that we now released a HotFix, so try first to update PitStop 23 update 1 (installer on My Enfocus). That way, you can skip the downgrading operation.
Also, please ensure to make your voice heard for easier downgrading options:
