I need to someway to convert a pdf file to tiff keeping the channels.
I've already tried to use a spotcolor and a layer, but when I convert it to pdf it lost the channels.

Does anybody knows if Is there any way to remove a job from a checkpoint using a script?

Currently I'm using File methods to do it, but I notice that I'm having accumulation of old files in dataset directory. And because of it I'm having performance issues.

I contacted the enfocus support.
They suggested that it can be caused by some software locking the file in client machine, like a antivirus or a backup software.
I'll investigate it.

When some job is stopped in the checkpoint I click in 'edit' to open it in Acrobat.
I use actions of Enfocus PitStop to correct the file, then I save the file(ctrl+s), I close it and click in process.

My crash report was disabled.

Now I enabled it, and I sent an email to Enfocus when the error occurred.

I hope they help me to find out what is happening.
