Adding Bleed around a contour is not possible in PitStop, at least not at the moment.
Moving the dieline to a new layer is though.

I would go to 2019 and then 2020 to be safe, but you can install both versions on your PitStop Server 2020 license.

You need to lose the Select alls. Basically you are selecting the page you want, and then cancelling that selection out with the Select all. The Select All then selects everything. Where you have the Select spot colour 11%pg1 If that is specific to the Select last page, you will need to combine them...
