For example: a 22.25 x28.25 file making it 22x28 with .125 bleed around it. If there is a way to make this so the size doesnt ha...

Outline Fonts
Has anyone found a work around when the font outline feature in Pitsop Server does not work? I can take the file and convert to outlines in Adobe Acrobat Print Production mode, but that is failing the automation system. Is there somehow to run the Outline Font in Acrobat during the automation? Be sa...

Re: Illustrator to PDF, Packaged vs. Non-Packaged
Sometimes our clients only send in the .ai file. It opens fine in Illustrator as is. The particular test file has the following. Adobe Fonts, linked image that is a .ai (basically a .ai inside the .ai). When I open the file by itself it works fine. When I run that through the workflow it give me a f...

Illustrator to PDF, Packaged vs. Non-Packaged
Hello all, I hope everyone is safe from this crazy virus. I have a workflow that is only illustrator to pdf. It works and passes a file by finding the Adobe fonts that are in the file. Thats good news. The bad news. It has created the pdf without the images because I am assuming they are not embeded...

Trying to send emails through switch
I have the right credentials and tested the connection. For some reason the "mail send" says it requires a incoming connection. Does the arrow facing the element show that there is a incoming element?
Thanks everyone.
