So surely you just need to check the size of the Trim Box and use the height/width variables you have?
use the 'Check Page Size Action' and set it up to use the variables.

You need to contact Enfocus support about that one, that's probably not something that is going to be resolved on here.

You only need to worry about the PitStop Color Management preferences.

I took your original posted image and did a test using the profile configuration you had (see attached).

The darker one has color management turned off in the PitStop preferences.

So you need to check the relevant page box, but the value you use for checking should come from a variable.
Do you have Switch or just PitStop Server?
Also where does the size to check against come from, do you have a job ticket or XML?.

Because overprint requirements are so specific, we don't ship anything standard.
But we I can easily make one for you.

first question though, are you really sure you want to remove 'all' overprints?
