Re: Exact Reprint Flow
You should be able to create this in Switch. Start with a 'Submit point' and the CSR's could log in to Switch portal to "Fetch the job folder".
Switch elements that might do the trick:
Submit point
Scan Heirarcy
Inject wildcard

Regular crop marks with offset in Griffin Auto?
Is there a way to apply 'ordinary crop marks' on the imposed art work in addition to camera marks in Griffin Auto? Every now and then there is a need to manually cut a job or use a guillotine instead of in the cutting table. The marks that can be added in Griffin today called 'Corner marks' doesn't ...

Re: web order files stuck in first folder
What does the next flow element do? The payload will be in that folder until the next flow element has completed it's task. If you go to 'Messages' and view debug info you should be able to see what's happening.

Error message as metadata in job?
Hi, sometimes it would be great to have error messages attached as metadata in a Switch job when a job fails. Is there a way to do this?

Re: Inject XML to pdf
I have requested the same feature from Jan.
I like the Inject XML app because it makes the flow smaller and cleaner.
Another work-a-round (complimentary to Jimmys idea) could be to use the app Wait For Asset before Inject XML, but that kind of ruins the reason for using the app
