This might be a stupid question, but have you actually installed PitStop 2018?

What ICC profile are you using. One of your own or a standard one that comes with PitStop?

You can't do it completely in an Action List as you require a transparency flattener, and you can't access one through an Action List. Is there any reason you specifically want to use PDF/X-1a? With a modern rip like a Fiery then PDF/X-4 is a better alternative, but you have to use the correct Fiery...

This was a limitation on the Action in that it only worked on a complete document.
This is improved in the PitStop 2019 version for release in April 2019.

Not really. It was during the transition to Acrobat DC. Adobe were slow in explaining a lot of things regarding the new interface, and also the fact the Macintosh version was 64-bit. We managed to get around a lot of things, but those icons, and the larger yellow ones took a lot of behind the scenes...

As discussed on PrintPlanet. It's not the eyedropper you need.
Simply select an object and grab the fill or stroke into the Action/Global Change (where allowed).

If you're going to email him why not send him the PDF Annotated Report, it's much more user friendly than just some text. He can see the errors in situ in the PDF so he can see exactly what images have low resolution. It opens in the free Acrobat Reader so he doesn't have to have Acrobat Pro. Plus y...

Firstly, version 13 is old. Especially if you are working with Acrobat DC.
Suggestion is to download the latest version 2018, or wait until 2019 in April.

That definitely doesn't sound right.
Unfortunately you probably won't get an answer on here, so could you please contact Enfocus support and have them investigate please.

You need to use one of the Devicelink Profiles to reduce Ink Coverage.
Look in the Standard Action Lists > Devicelink Profiles > Reduce

Platform should not make any difference as long as things like icc profiles and fonts are like for like etc.
Can you send or share the profile and explain the difference, or contact Enfocus support?
