There are new updates of PitStop Server 2018 and Switch 2018 u3 tomorrow (22nd January) to resolve reported issues.

Split pages in half (and duplicate the page box values in the spine).

Can you let us know which build of PitStop Server 2018 you are running please?
There were two 2018 versions released, the initial one and an urgent bug fix one. Would be useful to know which one you are using

PitStop has an 'ink usage' report that will give you the amount of ink per separation. But as stated you'll have to allow a +/- tolerance for press and printing method. If you open up a preflight profile it's in 'General', under 'Preflight Report' and it's the 'inks' option. It's off by default. It ...

I'll write up a feature request for PitStop.

Acrobat will allow you to import a layer.
Any layers are global and apply to all pages.

Best thing will be to contact Enfocus support.
You'll get an answer faster, and it will be logged and tracked.
They can also take a look at your system if necessary.

Why would you want a hairline out of interest? If I remember correctly (and it's over ten years ago), "Hairline" is the smallest line the print engine could draw, that was with Postscript. Not sure how it works in PDF, but if it's the same you could end up with one line of 2540 dpi Pixels....

That will list empty, B+W, and Color pages by total and each individual page. (PitStop 2018 feature)

This is probably file dependent. If you have a maintenance contract you can contact support.
