Re: Minimum CMYK percentage Preflight
Hi,
I could have also mentioned that you can use the "Select color by range" where you can define ranges per channel, this offering possibly even more flexibility.

Re: Varnish size reduce and remap
If you want to "contract" the varnish object, you could use the "Offset path"
Unless I got you wrong.

Hi
You could use the "Check ink coverage (basic object check) to detect such cases:
The value you will find appropriate is yours to decide.

Hi,
Have a look at the "Add object", pick rectangle and use mediabox.

Re: Variable Calculation of Text and Length
Hi Keith,
Is there a specific reason why you wouldn't use a length type data from the beginning? Setting the appropriate type typically prevents such issues.
So I would be very interested in knowing if there is a very strong reason to not use the length type in your case.

Hi, Adobe has introduced a concept of a "Community" scripts folder for InDesign a few versions ago. In this folder, one can find scripts made by some users. Of course, Adobe was picky when choosing which user scripts would end up in the InDesign app. That said, I am curious about how inter...

Re: latest Acrobat update
Hi
Several users reported it and we are looking at it.
If possible, I invite you to restore a previous version of Acrobat. If not, you may want to contact Adobe Care to get instructions for downgrading Acrobat.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Re: Why does the Page Color Type Report report RGB as black and white?
Hi, The logic behind reporting Page Color Type is that type is determined by rendering the page to CMYK, with colour management and anti-aliasing disabled. Therefore, PitStop emulates a DFE behaviour using PostScript conversion formulas with colour management off. Neutral RGB should then be converte...

Hi,
You can try this but would you mind explaining why do you need those steps? Especially the clipping part? Is it because you get Varnish out of the trim that you want to "remove"?
Let me know,

Hi,
There is no obvious reasons why it should take longer, nor a by design result obviously. I would suggest that you report your findings to our support so it can be further analyzed.
