Probably it's because PrinterProcessor.app is still launched.
How about stopping the process with Activity Monitor, and remove this?
/Users/<user name>/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Connector/Printer/PrinterProcessor.app

The machines are workgroup.
I can browse the shared folder and output jobs in it via Windows Explorer.
But I can't open them and can't copy them.
If I make an output folder on the client machine and share it from the server, this works fine.

Hi all, I installed Switch 12 update 3 into Windows 8.1. And I set the output folder in one of my flows shared for another Windows 7 machine in the same network. So I can't read the output jobs in the shared folder with the Windows 7 machine as a Guest. The flow includes PitStop Server Configurator....
