Is it possible to invoke the creation of a file structure (as you guys have directed above), WITHOUT inputting a file into Switch?
Say, by a user interaction of some sort.
Or is the only option, to throw a file into Switch to start the process running?

Can Switch create a specific Folder Structure?
I feel like I'm being a numptie but is there a way to have Switch itself create a specific folder structure? I've got endless Applescripts that do the job, but is there a Switch Flow Element that does the same thing... Hierarchy of somesort? (NOT using the Scripting Module) Structure along these lin...

Re: Return file to folder of origin
Ha, yeah, tell me about it! Inheriting the system as is means we do actually have the Switch Client, however the Users are too (shall we say) 'engaged in their work' to take the time to put files through the SC. A simple Right Click has proven an effective way of gaining user participation. Your sol...

Ah, yes. That was the route I thought I'd have to go down.

Re: Return file to folder of origin
This is, by the way, to negate the use of the Scripting Module that we cannot currently justify the cost of.

Return file to folder of origin
This is going to sound a bit garbled, but perhaps my intent will shine through! I've got an Applescript that runs as a Service item which can be accessed when right clicking on any given file that a User may have on their computer. In essence, this brings up a List Selection that the User chooses an...

Comments on Flow (Non-Action)
Is there a way to add comments in / on / around a WorkFlow? Be really handy to be able to put notations, comments, small info files etc. Purely for the creators interest, and not interacting with the actions in any way. In the same way it's possible to add code to HTML, or Script etc etc I've tried ...

Re: Workflow Integrity Check
I guess the workaround (to a certain degree), is to group associated Flows. At least this way we end up with a smaller faction to reset. As you say, the Notifications are helpful... but not exactly the answer we're looking for! Easiest route I've find is to wait for somebody to send an angry email! ...

Workflow Integrity Check
We are building up an ever increasing catalogue of Workflows, and they all point off in this and that direction, doing their own thing! Unfortunately, we have had a lot of Server issues this past few months, and links have changed, folders have moved, I.Ps have been updated. It is driving me nuts in...
