I am trying to sort multiple pdf's using the Sort Files in Job. Here is my issue.

987654-1.pdf
987654-11.pdf
987654-14.pdf
987654-4.pdf
987654-9.pdf

I would like the pdfs to sort like this.

987654-1.pdf
987654-4.pdf
987654-9.pdf
987654-11.pdf
987654-14.pdf

Am I using the correct tool?

You could save a pdf and then using Acrobat and PitStop Pro plugin - you can create an action to do this.

We do have both licenses for Switch; Production & Developer and they are on two separate machines.
How do I test the flows on the Developer side when I have Metadata entered through Client (web submit)?

I can access Switch Client but when I want to test the flows I have created in Developer mode they don't show up in our Client. I have been told that Developer mode and the Production machine need to be separate.

I have a flow that I am renaming (adding prefix, replacing the Filename proper, and adding a sufix using the counter), but would like to reset the numbering back to 00001. How do I do this? Thank you!

I figured it out. I needed Assemble Job then Merge PDF - and it worked beautifully.

When I try to use Select Page in any way it isn't working. We are currently using PitStop Pro 2020. Is there an issue with the upgrade. I have tried different documents, different flows. We even tried to reinstall PitStop Pro. See my flow below.

I am using Assemble job, Arbitrary Files placing them in a folder with 9 single page pdfs. How do I tell the Merge PDF to merge the file within each folder that Assemble job makes?

I would like to merge 9 single page pdfs. This will be a something where there will be thousands of pdfs, but we need in multiple of 9 pages, then I am going to apply a template. Am I using the correct configurator? Merge PDF... please help.
