Easiest way to show us a flow is to use the Document FLow and save the html file, attach it. If you have just bought the software you should have some support from your reseller to get you going.
It'll save you a lot of questions here.

Hi Yes it's all achievable. I would suggest you contact your reseller and ask for their help to get you going. It'll save you time and grief in the end. I'm a reseller but I'm sure users would agree. There are a number of levels and questions that would need to be asked to sort this out. A few tips....

Allows a CSV to be a lookup table

On a test here comments are classed as annotations.
Action = Remove annotations worked here.
If that doesn't work could you post a file please?

I've attached the preflight to get ink stat's.
If you want the most accurate results, as mentioned you need the PDF to be as close to the Ripped file as
possible. I have this running with some customers who Rip the file with a color server in switch then get the
ink stats.

Click on PDF- Dialogue box comes up Switch Off Auto Refresh to see more data.
Do that click PDF again up comes the Data Box.

Works here for me anyway.
Do you have the reporting Module btw?

Hi Andreas Odd one indeed. A few things to try if you haven't already. Check your PitStop Pro Preferences and the Colour Management Settings are the same. I prefer Little CMS as the CMM engine. Check the display numbers of sample points in the image to see if they are the same or not. Could be false...

Hope you got it working and in case anyone get this issue make sure Start processing is active.

You need to send it in as a feature request through your portal,
requests don't always get seen here.

Repeating the drop down list won't be that bad as in the xml you can then
give a unique name to the item

do you mean the ftp receive in Switch hangs? Or is it a 3rd party ftp client.
On Switch ftp receive I have a few running and no issue nor at clients.
