If you have pitstop server you can delete pages there or use pdftk CLI. Either is more efficient than acrobat.

You can set up a shared DataBase folder in PitStop on the Switch Server. All actions that are needed would need to reside there. PrePress PitStop Pro uses can also set to the same DataBase Folder. Hi Steve Ah users! If the set up needs and supports it. You could try using Connect internal or externally. Connect can be set to place Print Settings in Indesign user version. Yes it screws up trying to have 2 Versions of CC on the box.

Have the same file name just different extensions then you can use assemble jobs with the variable
Job.Name before . for the assemble condition.
The folder naming can be set to the same variable if Automatic doesn't work for you.

I think this happens when you select more than just an RGB object.
I have had this but can't remember the exact circumstances.
If you wanted to post the file and action/conversion sequence to see what's happening.

XML can be associated to folders as well as jobs.
Doesn't look like it should time out unless the setting is very short or matched files arrive to far apart?
See if the Error Log gives more details?
