Problems Loading Indesign/Illustrator files in Switch

Has anybody encountered issues with Switch connecting and thus opening Native Indesign and/or Illustrator files through. I have updated all my versions through Creative Cloud, and my configurators. I have Extendscript Toolkit installed and up to date. I have gone through these checks as well -- https://www.enfocus.com/manuals/UserGui ... nfigs.html

Files that I used to process are now getting stuck and not triggering Illustrator to open and save a PDF.

I get a timing out error message after 5 minutes (it only takes a few seconds when I manually open the AI file and I get zero errors with the "Communication was aborted: ScriptExecutor termination was requested"

Very frustrating as this is really limiting how many files I could process through my Switch workflow.

Hi,

I have been working with Enfocus Maintenance on this same problem.
What I did to solve this is to go to Manage Configurators and remove the Adobe Illustrator version 3 (for CC 2014 and CC 2015)
Then install the previous version by going to the Web icon. Click the Actions at the top right of the panel and choose Show ->Show old versions.
You can choose the version 2 of that configurator. I have it running on Windows 2012 with CC 2015 Illustrator.
