PDF Enhancer Professional or Advanced Server?

Du you guys run PDF Enhancer Professional or Advanced Server in your flows?
The reason I ask is because I just started using the regular PDF Enhancer for downsampling the images in a PDF.
And when I run a PDF through the flow PDF Enhancer needs interaction chosing a specific enhancer.
Even though I have specified the enhancer in the target that is selected in the flows configurator.
Is it the server version I need, or am I just doing it wrong?
