Creative Cloud Trial/Licensing Issue

Has anyone encountered this dialog before when they're logged in to Creative Cloud with a valid account? All I have to do is click "License this software" and then "Continue" and it recognizes the account it's already logged in with, then everything works. It seems to do this randomly and when it happens, Switch cannot process any jobs through that application.

This isn't helpful, but we have the same issue now as well. With Acrobat.

... and it's starting to rear its head on our Artworker Macs as well.
