La mAJ Acrobat DC incompatible avec PS13 ??

Bonjour,

Depuis que la dernière MAJ d'Acobat DC s'est faite (Automatiquement !?!?!?) la nuit dernière sur les Macs de notre studio, Pit Stop 13 ne fonctionne plus correctement.
Malgré une clean instal tout buggue.
Quelqu'un d'autre a-t-il eu le même problème ? :roll:

Hello,

We are also experiencing this issue, "Application Version 17 is not supported". We do not have auto updates on for either Enfocus or Adobe, not sure if a silent update went out for either. We sent an email to Enfocus support and are waiting to hear back. When trying to call support their mailbox was full so that leads me to believe others are having issues as well. I am thinking of using a TimeMachine backup to yesterday to see if we can get production going again.

Hello,

OK. We got back up and running. What we did....

Uninstall Acrobat
Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acro ... loads.html
Download Acrobat Pro DC installer
Install Acrobat Pro DC "2015"
Use as Trial
Log in using Creative Cloud upon opening
Turn off updates in Acrobat Pro / Preferences / Updater (at bottom)
---- I'm thinking this Auto Update was on though the Creative Cloud Auto Update was not.
In Switch under File "Cleanup application data..."

Adobe pushed out an update to Acrobat where they changed the major version number. This caused issues with the Acrobat configurator as described here:

We are working on a fix for the configurator, if you wish to be notified when it will be available, please let us know via the support portal (https://www.enfocus.com/supportportal).

If you experience issues with this version of Acrobat and PitStop Pro, please also let us know via the support portal.
