Enfocus Community

Hi I am traying to conect enfocus swich to Onyx
I config Flow element with ip of my Onyx Thrive and a Dashboard port.
It doesnt work

But I see into a messeges console this:
Unable to remove temporary file C:/ProgramData/Enfocus/Switch/13.1/scripted-plugins/com.enfocus.OnyxConnectConfigurator/dashboardResult452.xml

I search in this path and i dont fount any xml file

Do you now whats happend?

I fix it
Problem is proxy config.
I switch off proxy and it run
