Checkpoint via email error

Hi

when receiving messages, on some jobs i get the following warning: Failed to receive message; error message: x0035 NO The specified message set is invalid.

After a second or third email check the job goes through without this error. Some jobs don't output this error at all. Why? I am using the same Email template for all of them.
