FTP tool stop scrutinizing the folder unexpectedly

Hello,

We have a flow with a FTP receive for searching file in an application serveur.
It works normaly, FTP tool checking the FTP directory for new jobs. But sometime the FTP tool not detect file in the serveur. We relaunch the flow so that it works again.
There is a setting allowing to relaunch the flow automatically quite the hours for example ?

There is no way to automatically activate and deactivate flows that I'm aware of. If you are using Switch as a Windows Service on Windows (with all it's downsides), then it is possible to stop and start the Switch Windows Service using a cli command. I'm not sure if that would be helpful for you.

Also, have you reported the ftp issue to Enfocus Support already?

Switch server is installed on a Mac OS Virtual Machine. So that is not helpful for my problem.

I have reported the ftp issue to Enfocus Support in the same time as my post.
