To split double page pdf file into single page

I'm looking for a programm that can split a double page pdf file to single page and re organize it.

I know Callas pdfToolbox (Server) has an option for this, but with PItstop (server) it should also be possible.

There is always PDF Toolkit, it can do everything you need and it can run with Execute Command in Switch.

PitStop Pro and Server can do it.
Split pages in half (and duplicate the page box values in the spine).
Re-arrange pages to turn from Printers Pairs into Single Pages
