Enfocus Community

I'm trying to use the word configurator to convert word files to pdf but it is converting part of an image to black. I need it to stay colored. Can anybody help me fix this.

How does the PDF look if you save as PDF from within Word?

It looks fine. Works the way it's supposed to. The color dots come out red.
