Save as Optimised PDF from Adobe Acrobat Professional configurator

Does anyone know if it is possible to save a pdf file as an optimised pdf using the Adobe Acrobat Professional configurator?

I can't find any options for it, so I assume you would have to use a script to do it if it's possible, but how would you write the script to save the file as an optimised pdf with a specific setting in that case?

Hi Lasse
about 98% certain you can't.
You can combine PitStop cleanup and GhostScript.
GhostScript clears all overhead etc.

If you have (or can upgrade to) PitStop 2021 released last week, it has a new action list called "Optimize PDF (emulates Acrobat optimized save)" which should get you similar results than in Acrobat:

Thanks for the information patej.

I do have it, just haven't gotten around to install it. Now I really do have a reason to do it...
