Is there a way that switch can connect and upload artwork to an windows Sharepoint?

Yes it can, use the IP-address or servername.

\\192.168.1.1\Shared folder\

But it must be visible on the Switch server.

There is also settings in the preferences so that Switch can reconnec tif the server go down.
