You have to use String Replace in the Private Data mode.
And to get the filename value in to a Private Data you have to set that Private Data value from the Metadata variable in the folder before the String Replace app.
Then in the String Replace app you select the Private Data key for the Data property.
In Strings you do your search and replace i.e. space=%20
After that your Private data value would have %20 in its filename.
