[FEATURE REQUEST] : Activate a flow even with invalid element

Hi,
Currently a flow won't be activated if one or more elements are incorrectly set. It's nice because you can see quickly that something is wrong.
However on some occasion, you can't set an item because you may not have the useful infos at the time but you will still want to run your flow so you can test and validate the other parts of the flow.
Only solution so far is to remove the problematic item and add it later once everything is ok.
I would appreciate the ability of flagging the specific element thus allowing the flow to run but having the jobs being maintained at the element stage.
That could be a "quarantine" option somehow that would freeze both the validity control and the processing of the job when it comes to the element.
