Outdated links to Crossroads send me in circles

I'm quite new to Switch but feel I'd be far further ahead with good online help.

Instead this is what happens.

Search online

result

which links to corssroads

which links to these forums

I reach this loop to nowhere many times a day. These outdated links are all over the web, in the documentation and even in Switch itself when you look for help or documentation.

When you open the manual page of Switch, then you can find manuals for both new and old Switch versions:
https://www.enfocus.com/en/support/manu ... ch-manuals

Google seems to prefer the manual of Switch 11, update 4 over the Switch 17 manual for some reason. We'll see what we can do to fix that.

I would advise to just use the manual of the Switch version you are using, you can find all those manuals on the page I mentioned above.

Can you tell me in which versions of Switch you are seeing links still pointing to Crossroads-world.com?

Would it be possible to pull old archive of Crossroads and make it available online so people can extract actions, etc.. before shutting it down again?
I am sure we would even have volunteers to extract and make available to everyone useful scripts, etc..

This is what happened to the content of Crossroads:
- Everything from the forum is transferred to forum.enfocus.com
- Most of the flows where related to configurators. Our solution partners have provided updated sample flows using their configurators and these are available on Enfocus.com, on the pages of their configurators. This is an example of such a page:
