Color conversion fail, missing CMM engine

Post by RoyB »

Unable to do color conversion after migrating to a new Mac. I've uninstalled Acrobat, reinstalled, then reinstalled PitStop Pro 13 and still can't use conversion. Error message is

Failure (Color conversion was not possible because the requested CMM engine was not available.) occurred during Convert color (1311x on pages 1-8)
Found: 1311 objects in pages 1-8

If the CMM engine isn't installed by Acrobat or Pitstop, does this mean a reinstallation of Mac OS 10.11 El Capitan?

Are you using Adobe CMM in Acrobat DC? Because I'm afraid that won't work. Acrobat DC is 64 bit only and Adobe CMM doesn't support 64 bit. Here's a longer explanation about it.
