I own Pitstop Pro v10, v11, & v13. I have a current account (I can login to the new site). But there are no products listed in My Products. It does say something about re-activating old licenses to new. But when I open the licensing app, it says all three versions are already activated.

To be able to reactivate them you first have to deactivate the licenses. After that you can reactivate them using your new Enfocus ID.
