Hello,
I have Pitstop 2018 on Acrobat DC 2019 - on Mac
When I want to convert an RGB object to CMYK there is an error message that is displayed -> ICC profile not valid (see screenshot).
Do you already have this message and have you found a solution?
Thank you in advance,
Guig

Re: RGB to CMYK
What ICC profile are you using. One of your own or a standard one that comes with PitStop?
I have never seen that error before.

Re: RGB to CMYK
Hi
I think this happens when you select more than just an RGB object.
I have had this but can't remember the exact circumstances.
If you wanted to post the file and action/conversion sequence to see what's happening.

Re: RGB to CMYK
It's all good! I found a solution.
I just deleted my presets in Pitstop's "Color Management" settings and I imported them again and that's it.
Thanks for your help!
